questions, trouble signing in, or something that felt off. write to us.
reach us.
Email support@unmasque.co and a real person will get back to you, usually within one business day. Tell us the phone number you signed up with so we can find your account.
signing in.
Unmasque uses your phone number and a one-time code sent by text. No passwords. If a code does not arrive, wait a minute and tap resend. Still nothing? Check that your number is correct and that your carrier is not filtering short-code texts, then email us.
selfie verification.
Before we make an introduction, we confirm you match your photos with a quick selfie check. Good lighting and a clear view of your face are all it needs. Your selfie is compared and immediately deleted. No face data is stored. If the check will not go through, make sure your profile photos are recent, or email us and we will help.
your connection.
Unmasque introduces one connection worth your attention at a time. Windows move the story forward: time to unmasque, time to plan a date, time to reflect. If a moment passed, that is all it is. We will introduce you again when the next one feels right.
reporting and safety.
If someone made you feel unsafe, report them from the thread or your reflection. Reports are private. The other person is never shown who reported or why. For anything urgent, email support@unmasque.co with "safety" in the subject line and we will prioritize it.
deleting your account.
You can delete your account anytime from your profile in the app. Your profile is removed immediately and remaining personal data is purged within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
